Can the Leather & Panel combinations be changed?

Yes you may change the combination of the Leather & Panel, but once selected you may not return the product if it is not to your liking. This can be a costly error when choosing one of our more expensive Albums or Books. Please check the photo gallery for our customers own combinations.

Do the Musical Albums come in any other sizes?

Currently we produce only one size musical Album. Please check back regularly.

If I send my photos to you, can you mount them into my Musical Album?

Currently we do not offer this service.

Are all products sent by registered post?

All items are sent Registered Post including featured Packages & Combinations.This will require a signature when delivered. These items are insured & traceable if lost in transit.

Are you able to emboss all the products you have on the website?

We can emboss on all our Leather products & the majority of our other items. Please send an email to confirm.

If I buy more than one item, do you offer any discounts?

Please send us an email with your order & we will confirm the price (including any discounts) to you.

Is there somewhere I can view the album before purchasing?

Unfortunately we manufacture from a studio which doesn't allow for public access. However we understand that ordering online can be difficult so we offer samples of leather & materials used. If you would like to see a sample of your embossing requirements we can also provide this to you free of charge. Please send us an email.
