Place an Order

Placing an order is simple.

1. Choose your item/s. Make a note of Leather & Panel combination, Personalization details, amount & cost of each item you have chosen. Go to the Contact us page & send us an email with these details along with the delivery address & any other questions you may have.

2. We will send you an email with the final amount including shipping cost. Some items can be packaged together saving on postage. Please indicate if you would like to use Paypal as we will send a Paypal generated invoice.

3.  We accept Credit card payments through Paypal as it is quick, secure & reliable. We also accept Money Orders & Bank Cheques made out to A Musical Momento. If you prefer direct deposit the bank details are as follows:

Once we have received payment your order will be processed. Please allow 5 - 21 working days for your order to be completed depending on your items. A Musical Momento will send regular updates on your order which we have found to be of valuable comfort to our clients who have not used our services before.

International Orders

We welcome international orders from most countries. Please send us an email to verify we can post to your country. All customs, government taxes etc...is the responsibility of the customer. A Musical Momento uses DHL Australia  & Australia Post as their shipping forwarder.
