At A Musical Momento we strive to make your shopping experience a pleasurable & simple one. All our products are thoroughly tested & checked for defects prior to leaving our studios. In the event that you incur a problem with your order please follow the steps below. Our Returns Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase i.e it is faulty or defective, you must email us first to discuss the matter. We will issue you with a Returns Receipt Number that will enable us to process your return quickly & efficiently. If you do not obtain a Returns Receipt Number within 7 days we may not be able to process your return promptly. All items returned to us will be thoroughly checked & only then will a refund, replacement or exchange (which ever has been agreed upon) be authorized & processed. Please allow up to 7 working days from date of receipt for your refund. If a replacement or exchange is arranged processing time can range from 21 -28 working days depending on the item & time of year. Faulty or incorrect item If you return an item because it was the fault of A Musical Momento you will be refunded the return postage cost. Please keep your receipts as proof of postage. Returns lost in the post All our leather/embossed items are sent Registered Post. When returning your item A Musical Momento cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. It is your responsibility to return the item to us. A Musical Momento strongly recommend you are adequately insured and that you send the package Registered Post. Depending on the value of the contents additional insurance cover may have to be taken. (Please check with the Post Office).Please keep all receipts as proof of purchase until you have received your replacement or refund. Items that we cannot refund Please be aware that we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully. Any items that have been personalized with initials, names, dates etc.... cannot be returned. All items being returned must be in their original state with original packaging material &/or gift box. If you choose a different Leather & Panel combination these cannot be refunded if it is not to your liking. We do not give refunds or exchanges to items sold in a package. These items can only be replaced. Embossing It is up to the discretion of the embosser to place letters, wording & dates in the most suited area of the album, book etc... although this would have been indicated prior to processing the order. If a mistake has been made by A Musical Momento with the embossing we will rectify it at our cost. If unfortunately it is the fault of the customer A Musical Momento will work together to rectify the problem at a minimal cost to you. Copyright All copyright is owned by A Musical Momento. Under no circumstances may any part be reproduced or used without written permission beforehand from A Musical Momento. Privacy Your personal details & guests names & addresses are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party. Prices & Payments All prices are subject to change without notification. All prices include GST & are displayed in Australian Dollars. We prefer payment by Paypal, but we happily accept Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque & Money orders made out to A Musical Momento. International Orders We welcome international orders from most countries. Please send us an email to verify we can post to your country. All customs, government taxes etc...is the responsibility of the customer. A Musical Momento uses DHL Australia & Australia Post as their shipping forwarder. |
